I bet none of you have ever startled awake at 3:00 in the morning thinking, “Sequined tulle”!

I had some real challenges with this piece, such as how to secure the double layer of tulle. I briefly considered weaving. Thank goodness I gave up on that idea!

I also had a photography choice: I could emphasize the sky/moon/wave sparkles or the tulle sparkles. I chose the latter. But I must tell you: You really need to see this in person to see all the sparkles in the two different tulles.
